1. Where We Ship

Rustam Commerce is being configured for U.S. e-commerce. Available shipping destinations and methods are shown at checkout. If a destination is unavailable, the checkout will not offer an eligible shipping method.

2. Order Processing

Actual processing times depend on inventory, fulfillment location and the shipping method selected. The current estimated processing/shipping time should be displayed on the product page or at checkout. Before launch, set the exact processing and delivery estimates you can reasonably meet.

If no shipment representation is made, federal law generally requires covered internet orders to be shipped within 30 days, subject to the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

3. Shipping Estimates

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs, address errors and other events can affect delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotion will state the applicable eligibility requirements.

5. Delayed Shipments

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide an appropriate delay notice and the options required by applicable law, including a refund where required.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, subject to applicable law.

7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate a package, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

8. International Orders

Unless explicitly offered at checkout, Rustam Commerce does not promise international shipping. If international shipping is offered later, duties, taxes, customs fees and destination-specific requirements may apply.
